Rodeo Mex-Tex Grill & Tap House opened in 2024 at Mille Malle on Sukhumvit Soi 20. The two-level restaurant combines Mexican flavors, Texas comfort food, craft beer and cocktails in a polished Western-themed setting. Early reviews repeatedly praised the food, service, value and atmosphere. One guest specifically highlighted Rodeo’s happy-hour margaritas.

Rodeo’s own website presents cocktails, margaritas, premium tequila, mezcal, craft beer and wine as a major part of the restaurant. The drinks therefore needed the same visual attention as the food. The dark textured background and controlled highlights also matched the sleek, high-end saloon interior described by local restaurant coverage.

Rodeo Grill’s ownership team has considerable experience with restaurant photography and marketing through both Rodeo Grill and GetFresh. The brief was precise, and the finished images had to meet exacting standards for lighting, color and presentation.

Efficiency remained central to the assignment. We photographed the individual drinks and serving pairs as they were prepared. Once every drink was ready, we assembled the larger group arrangements for the printed menu. This sequence produced finished material for several channels without rebuilding the drinks or repeating the setup.

The signature list included the Chocolate Martini, Rodeo Passion Mojito, Mexican Julep, Sex on the Sol, The Sour Mexican and Smoky Colada. The margarita page covered frozen servings by the glass and carafe, the Corona-topped Rodeo Bowl and classic strawberry and lime versions. Sangria was photographed by the glass, in carafes and as a serving pair.
